What happens after I commission an audit?

Week 1 we gather data and run AI visibility tests across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Week 2 we analyse findings, benchmark against competitors, and build your prioritised report. Week 2-3 we deliver the report on a call and walk you through every finding and recommendation. You'll have a clear action plan you can implement yourself or hand back to us.

What does implementation include?

If you commission implementation, we handle the fixes identified in your audit: schema markup, content rewrites, technical optimisations, entity clarity improvements, and citation building. Light scope covers the highest-priority items (from \u00a31,500). Full scope covers everything in the audit report (from \u00a34,000). Bundle audit and implementation for a credit towards implementation.

Can I upgrade from the Discovery Audit to the Strategy Audit?

Yes. If you start with the Discovery Audit and want the full picture, we'll credit that fee towards the Strategy Audit when you upgrade within 90 days.

What access do you need from me?

To complete your audit, we'll need: website CMS access (WordPress, Webflow, etc.), Google Analytics (view-only is fine), Google Search Console (if applicable), list of up to 3 competitors, brand guidelines (if you have them), and company background info (mission, values, team). We'll provide a full checklist after contract signing.
